1. About ReadyThen

ReadyThen is a family routines and rewards product in development. The website provides information and an interactive example only. The ReadyThen iPhone app is not yet available for download.

2. Using the website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial information purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content to mislead others.

3. Interactive examples

The agreement examples on the website are demonstrations. They do not create a real household agreement, grant screen time, control a device or provide a promise of how every future app feature will work.

4. Parent and guardian responsibility

ReadyThen is intended to support—not replace—parental judgment. Parents and guardians remain responsible for setting appropriate boundaries, confirming tasks, choosing rewards, supervising children and configuring device settings. Do not rely on ReadyThen as an emergency, safety, medical or childcare service.

5. Future app terms

Before the ReadyThen app becomes available, we will publish any additional terms needed for accounts, subscriptions, payments, device integrations, Screen Time permissions, household sharing, content, support and account closure. Those terms may apply alongside these website terms.

6. Intellectual property

ReadyThen and its original name, branding, text, design, graphics, software and other materials belong to ReadyThen or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive permission to view the website for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit the website or its materials without permission.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue the website or any part of it. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may update these terms as ReadyThen develops, and the “Last updated” date shows which version is current.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
